LeadsNet Solution is committed to ensuring that both Clients and Freelancers have a positive experience on our platform. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which Clients may request refunds and cancel engagements with Freelancers. It also provides guidance for Freelancers on how to handle cancellations and refund requests.
1. Definitions
Client: The individual or business that has engaged a Freelancer through the LeadsNet Solution platform to perform Services.
Freelancer: The independent contractor offering services through the LeadsNet Solution platform.
Project Agreement: The agreement between the Client and Freelancer that details the scope of work, deadlines, deliverables, and payment terms for a specific project.
2. Cancellation by Clients
2.1 Before a Freelancer Accepts the Project:
Clients may cancel a project request at any time before a Freelancer accepts the project without incurring any charges. No payment will be due to the Freelancer, and no fees will be charged by LeadsNet Solution.
2.2 After a Freelancer Accepts the Project:
Once a Freelancer has accepted a project, the Client may still cancel the project, but the following rules apply:
• Cancellation Before Work Begins: If the Client cancels the project before the Freelancer has started working, the Client may be entitled to a refund of any payments made, subject to platform fees or administrative costs as outlined in Section 3.
• Cancellation After Work Begins: If the Freelancer has already begun working, the Client may cancel the project but will only be eligible for a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed and the time invested. LeadsNet Solution will determine the appropriate refund after consulting both parties.
• Cancellation for Milestone-Based Projects: For milestone-based projects, if a Client cancels after one or more milestones have been completed, no refund will be issued for those completed milestones. Refund eligibility will be evaluated for any pending milestones.
2.3 Unsatisfactory Work:
If the Client believes the Freelancer’s work does not meet the agreed-upon standards, the Client must notify LeadsNet Solution and the Freelancer within [insert time frame, e.g., 5 business days] of receiving the deliverables. LeadsNet Solution will initiate a dispute resolution process to determine if the Client is entitled to a refund.
3. Refund Process
3.1 Refund Eligibility:
To be eligible for a refund, the Client must submit a formal request within [insert time frame, e.g., 10 business days] of project cancellation or within [insert time frame, e.g., 5 business days] of receiving unsatisfactory deliverables.
3.2 Administrative Fees:

3.3 Refund Timing:

• Payments for projects where the deliverables were deemed satisfactory and accepted by the Client.
4. Cancellation by Freelancers
4.1 Before Work Begins:
Freelancers may cancel a project before they start working without penalty. The Client will receive a full refund, and no payment will be due to the Freelancer.
4.2 After Work Begins:
Freelancers may not cancel a project after work has started unless there are extenuating circumstances. In such cases, the Freelancer must notify LeadsNet Solution and the Client as soon as possible. LeadsNet Solution will review the situation to determine whether a partial or full refund is appropriate for the Client.
4.3 Failure to Deliver:
If a Freelancer fails to deliver the agreed-upon work within the specified deadlines or fails to meet the quality standards outlined in the Project Agreement, the Client may request a cancellation. In such cases, the Client will be entitled to a full or partial refund, depending on the work completed.
5. Membership Cancellation and Refund
5.1 Cancellation within Three Days:
Both Clients and Freelancers may cancel their membership within three (3) days of signing up and will be eligible for a full refund.
5.2 Cancellation after Three Days:
If a membership is canceled after the three-day period, no refund will be provided. However, Clients and Freelancers will retain access to the platform and its services until the end of the current billing cycle (30 days from the date of purchase).
6. Dispute Resolution
6.1 Dispute Process:
If a Client or Freelancer disagrees with the amount of a refund or the cancellation of a project, LeadsNet Solution will act as a neutral mediator to resolve the dispute. Both parties will be required to submit evidence supporting their claims, such as communications, drafts, or completed work.
6.2 Final Decision:
LeadsNet Solution’s decision regarding refunds and cancellations will be final and binding. Both Clients and Freelancers agree to abide by the outcome of the dispute resolution process.
6.3 Mediation Fees:
LeadsNet Solution may charge a fee for facilitating the dispute resolution process. This fee will be disclosed to both parties before mediation begins.
7. No Show or Unresponsive Clients or Freelancers
7.1 Unresponsive Clients:
If a Client fails to respond to a Freelancer’s communications for an extended period, LeadsNetSolution may cancel the project on behalf of the Freelancer. In such cases, the Freelancer will be paid for any completed work, and the Client will be entitled to a partial refund for any uncompleted work.
7.2 Unresponsive Freelancers:
If a Freelancer becomes unresponsive and fails to meet deadlines or communicate with the Client, LeadsNet Solution reserves the right to cancel the project. The Client may receive a full or partial refund depending on the progress of the work.
8. Changes to this Policy
LeadsNet Solution reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on the platform. Clients and Freelancers are encouraged to review the policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
