Welcome to LeadsNet Solution. To ensure a positive, professional, and secure environment for all users, including Freelancers and Clients, this User Conduct Policy sets forth the standards of behavior expected from all parties. By using the LeadsNet Solution platform, you agree to comply with this policy. Failure to do so may result in account suspension, termination, or other appropriate actions.
1. General Principles of Conduct
All users of LeadsNet Solution, whether Freelancers or Clients, must adhere to the following principles:
• Honesty and Integrity: Act with honesty, integrity, and fairness in all dealings on the platform.
• Respect: Treat all users with respect, professionalism, and courtesy.
• Legal Compliance: Comply with all local, state, and federal laws governing your use of the platform and your work relationships.
• Confidentiality: Respect the confidentiality of information shared through the platform and refrain from disclosing sensitive information unless explicitly permitted.
2. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions and behaviors are strictly prohibited on LeadsNet Solution:
2.1 Fraud and Misrepresentation
• False or Misleading Information: Users must not provide inaccurate, false, or misleading information in their profiles, project proposals, qualifications, credentials, or any communication with other users. This includes inflating skills, exaggerating experience, or misrepresenting project details.
• Impersonation: Users are prohibited from impersonating another individual or entity or misrepresenting their affiliation with any person or organization.
• Misuse of Funds: Clients and Freelancers are expected to honor their payment and project agreements. Freelancers must use payments only for their agreed-upon project work, and Clients must not misuse payment mechanisms or initiate fraudulent chargebacks.
2.2 Discrimination, Harassment, and Abusive Behavior
• Discrimination: LeadsNet Solution has a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination based on race, color, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other legally protected characteristic. Discriminatory conduct, such as denying projects or treating users differently based on these characteristics, is prohibited.
• Harassment: Engaging in any form of harassment—whether physical, verbal, or written—towards other users is strictly forbidden. This includes unwanted messages, bullying, stalking, intimidation, or inappropriate personal contact.
• Abusive Behavior: Use of offensive language, threats, or insults during project discussions or communication on the platform will not be tolerated. This includes written messages, phone calls, video conferencing, and any other forms of interaction.
2.3 Intellectual Property and Copyright Violations
• Unauthorized Use of Intellectual Property: Freelancers and Clients must respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is prohibited to share, reproduce, distribute, or use copyrighted materials, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property without proper authorization.
• Plagiarism: Freelancers must not plagiarize or copy the work of others without proper attribution. All work delivered must be original unless explicitly agreed upon with the Client and properly licensed.
• Work Ownership Violations: Delivering or using work that violates intellectual property rights, such as stolen designs, software, or content, is strictly forbidden.
2.4 Spamming and Unwanted Communications
• Unsolicited Messages: Users must not send spam, unsolicited promotional messages, or irrelevant content to other users. Soliciting Clients or Freelancers outside the agreed-upon project scope or sending mass messages is not permitted.
• Phishing: Any attempts to deceive users by posing as LeadsNet Solution or other parties to collect personal data, login credentials, or financial information are strictly prohibited.
• Malware and Hacking: Uploading or distributing malware, viruses, or any form of malicious code intended to harm the platform, its users, or user data is a serious violation.
2.5 Breach of Contract or Project Agreement
• Failure to Deliver: Freelancers are expected to deliver high-quality work within the specified timeline and scope of the project. Consistent failure to meet deadlines or failure to deliver work to the agreed specifications is a breach of contract.
• Non-Payment: Clients must adhere to the payment terms as agreed upon with the Freelancer. Failure to pay for completed work or disputing charges without valid reason is a breach of the Client Agreement.
• Unjustified Cancellations: Users must not repeatedly cancel projects without justifiable reasons, as this disrupts other users’ work and financial stability.
3. Responsibilities of Freelancers
As a Freelancer on LeadsNet Solution, you are expected to:
3.1 Accurate Representation
• Profile Information: Ensure that all information on your profile, including qualifications, skills, experience, and certifications, is accurate and up-to-date.
• Proposals: When submitting proposals for projects, clearly outline your approach, expected deliverables, and any relevant experience. Do not over-promise on services that you cannot realistically provide.
3.2 High-Quality Work
• Timeliness: Meet all deadlines as specified in the project agreement. If delays are anticipated, promptly communicate with the Client to request an extension or update expectations.
• Professional Standards: Complete all work to the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and professionalism. Ensure deliverables meet the agreed-upon requirements.
3.3 Communication
• Professional Interaction: Respond promptly and professionally to all Client inquiries. Keep the Client informed of progress and any potential issues that may affect project completion.
• Dispute Resolution: Engage in reasonable discussions to resolve any disputes over deliverables or payments. Avoid escalating disagreements unnecessarily.
3.4 Confidentiality and Data Security
• Confidentiality Obligations: Protect all confidential information provided by the Client, including proprietary data, business strategies, or any other sensitive information. Use this information solely for the purpose of completing the project.
• Data Security: Ensure that all Client data is handled in a secure manner. Avoid sharing confidential data with third parties unless explicitly authorized.

• Expectations: Set reasonable and achievable expectations for Freelancers. Ensure that all terms are communicated upfront to avoid misunderstandings.
4.2 Fair Payment
• Payment Obligations: Fulfill all payment obligations as agreed upon with the Freelancer. Payments should be made in a timely manner and in accordance with the terms of the Project Agreement.
• Prompt Payment: Ensure that payment is made once work is delivered and approved. Clients must not withhold payments unjustly or impose additional conditions post-agreement.
4.3 Communication and Feedback
• Timely Responses: Respond to Freelancer inquiries, requests for clarification, or updates in a timely and respectful manner.
• Constructive Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to help Freelancers improve their work. Unprofessional or derogatory feedback is not acceptable.
